🏷️ Tags, Tag Groups & Filtered Reporting
Connect your coverage to strategy with tags and tag groups. You can now tag coverage by campaign, product, contributor type, etc., group related tags into broader strategies, and instantly filter dashboards and reports to see performance through any lens.
These tools bring structured insight to your PR evaluation and make campaign reporting easier than ever.
🏠 New Brandspaces Homepage & Media Alert Setup
When you first log on, you'll be met with your brandspaces homepage. This is the central place to view and manage all the brands you track in MVO. From here, you can see key information, access dashboards, and set up alerts.
👥 Brandspace Access Levels
We’ve introduced three access levels: Editor, Analyst, and Viewer to give your team more control and clearer collaboration options for agency clients.
Editors: Create tags & tag groups, tag coverage, & add coverage (when available)
Analysts: View tags on coverage, filter dashboards by existing tags or tag groups, and generate reports
Viewers: Review coverage and metrics only (no tag visibility or access)
