We have a new round of enhancements on the way to your MVO Portal. These features give you more control over your coverage, faster reporting options, and greater flexibility in how you present your insights.

What's new in the portal

Ability to Add Coverage Yourself

You can now add additional coverage directly to your dashboard.

This will make it easier to keep your reporting complete and up to date, without waiting for manual support. Explore our adding coverage guide.


🌁 View Your Coverage in a Grid Layout

Scan through coverage easily, click the card to tag mentions into campaigns in seconds, or click the coverage image to view the mention itself.

See all your Instagram, TikTok, Online, and Print coverage in one place. You can also jump into each media tab to focus on coverage from a single media type. Explore our grid view guide.


New filters for your Dashboard & Reporting

We've added new filter options so you can refine results by:

  • Contributor

  • Coverage type (paid vs organic)

These filters will help you report with more precision and surface insights faster.


📈 New Excel Reporting

An Excel download option is being introduced to support deeper analysis and custom reporting workflows.

📊 Reporting Customisation

Our PDF reporting offers more customisation options, including the ability to mix and match media types for tailored reporting. Explore our reporting guide here.
