Q2 2026 - Release Notes

Written by Ellen

We’ve just rolled out powerful new updates to MVO designed to give you more customisation, more metrics, and a faster way to report on your performance.

What's new in the portal

🎨 Customise Your PDF Reports

Your reports should look like you. You can now:

  • Upload your own logo

  • Select your brand accent colour

This ensures every PDF report stays on brand and helps you showcase your wins in your own style.

🔄 Dynamic Summary in PDF Reporting

You can now insert live metrics directly into your summary text, including:

  • Total Mentions

  • Total Contributors

  • Total Engagement

  • Avg. Engagement Rate

  • Total Video Views

  • Avg. Video Rate

  • Total Reach

  • Total Impressions

  • Total PR Value

As your results change, your summary updates automatically. No more manual edits. No more inconsistencies. Your insights now update with you, not against you.

How-to: You will be given the option to edit or create a summary on step 2 of the download report process. Report summaries are currently only available for tag or tag group reports.

📊 New Look + Expanded Metrics in PDF Reports

We’ve redesigned our PDF reports to mirror our grid view layout, so you’re no longer flooded with 1,000-page reports.

Alongside the new layout, we’ve added even more performance metrics, including:

  • Engagement

  • Engagement Rate

  • Video Views

  • View Rate

  • Contributor breakdown tables

This gives you clearer insights faster.

  1. Summary KPIs

  2. Media deep dive

  3. Coverage in grid view
