We’re excited to share a range of updates now live in your MVO Portal, designed to give you faster, smarter monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
This quarter’s release includes major improvements to security, reporting, and usability, along with new tools to make onboarding and support smoother.
Here’s what’s new:
🔐 Increased Security
We’ve gone passwordless. You can now log in securely via a unique email link, with no password required. This means fewer login issues and a more secure experience for your team.
🗑️ Deleting Coverage
You now have full control over your dashboard by hiding mentions you don’t want included in your reports.
Simply click Hide to remove a mention from your results.
Mistakenly hid something? Head to your Hidden Coverage tab to unhide it.
Each hidden action is tracked, so you can see who hid a mention and when.
Important: Hiding coverage only affects your internal team’s view. External dashboards and media books will still display all mentions unless you share an offline PDF report.
📄 PDF Reporting Improvements
Your PDF reports now include key performance metrics at a glance, such as:
Mentions
Contributors
Reach
Impressions
PR Value
This makes your reports not just more visual, but also more insightful.

⏱️ Smarter Date Range Filtering
You’ve asked for more flexibility in how you search coverage, and it’s here!
Our new Date Range filter now lets you search coverage by when it was analysed and uploaded into the platform, not just the original date of the mention.
Why this matters:
Catch new uploads: Easily find coverage that’s just been added, like print articles scanned this week (e.g. dated 1 October) or TikToks from a few days ago that have just come through.
Accurate reporting: Always make sure your reports reflect all coverage, even if the original post or publication date was earlier.
Consistent with alerts: The new filter lines up with the mentions you see in your alerts, so everything stays in sync.
How it works:
Coverage by Date of Mention
Search by when the coverage was originally published or posted.
Options:
Months (e.g. August, September, October 2025)
Specific Dates (choose your own start and end date).
Coverage by Date Analysed
Search by when MVO analysed and uploaded the coverage into your dashboard.
Option:
Preset Time Periods | Coverage Analysed In: (Last 7 days, Last 90 days, Year to Date, etc.).
🔗 Link Sharing with Saved Filters
You can now copy and share a unique URL for any media book or search.
The recipient will see the same brand, country, date range and media tab filters you had applied.
Great for collaboration within your team or with agency partners.
📰 Faster Print Monitoring and More Publications
We’ve expanded our print monitoring network and optimised our turnaround time. This means you’ll see more coverage from a broader list of publications, delivered faster than before.
