Navigating your brandspaces

When you first log on, you'll be met with your brandspaces homepage. This is the central place to view and manage all the brands you track in MVO. From here, you can see key information, access dashboards, and set up alerts. Here's how to navigate the brandspace homepage.

Navigating the dashboard

Completing a brand search will take you straight to your dashboard, where you can see your coverage and overall performance results. Here are a couple of things to take note of.

Understanding the metrics

Once you’ve viewed your coverage, you’ll notice that MVO automatically evaluates your performance by mention, media type, and date range. Here's a breakdown of what each metrics mean.

Adding coverage

Sometimes a mention will appear outside of our automatic collection, or you may want to upload something yourself for a complete record. Add Coverage gives you the ability to upload new mentions directly into your dashboard at any time.

You can add Instagram stories, Instagram posts, TikTok posts, online articles, and print coverage. Anything you upload will appear in your dashboard instantly and be included in your reports and analytics. This ensures your dashboard reflects the full picture of your brand’s activity and helps you keep your reporting accurate and complete. Here is our full guide on how to add coverage.

Tagging coverage

Tags are a simple but powerful way to organise your mentions. They let you group coverage by campaign, product, PR strategy, or any other label that’s meaningful to your reporting.

You can tag mentions individually or in bulk from your dashboard to make later analysis easier.

💡 Tip: Adding tags early helps streamline campaign reporting and ensures your results stay connected to strategy.

Deleting coverage

Before generating your report, take a moment to review your mentions and remove any coverage you don’t want to include. You can now delete irrelevant coverage directly from your dashboard for a cleaner, more accurate report. Here's how to delete coverage in your dashboard.

Sharing results with your team

Dashboards in MVO are designed to give you everything you need to report on performance in a clear, easy-to-digest format. Here's how to share the dashboard with your team.

Generating reports for clients or external stakeholders

Our PDF and Excel reports bring together all your key metrics and summaries in a visual format that makes it easy to highlight coverage wins. Here's how to report with MVO.
