Your Brandspaces Home Page is the central place to view and manage all the brands you track in MVO. From here, you can see key information, access dashboards, and set up alerts.
Brandspaces Table Overview
The table on your home page lists all the brands in your account. Each row corresponds to a Brandspace and includes the following columns:
Brandspace: The name of the brand. Click Go to dashboard to jump directly into a brand’s coverage, metrics, and reporting tools.
Tracking Region: The region where the brand coverage is monitored.
Access Level: Shows the level of access your Brandspace has. Learn more about brandspace access levels.
Media Alert Frequency: Set up alerts to receive email notifications about coverage for this brand. You can choose daily, weekly, or monthly alerts. If no box is ticked, alerts are not active. Learn more about setting up brand alerts.
Project Brandspaces
If your Brandspace is close to expiring, you will see a warning message in this column showing the expiry date. If you would like to extend access, please reach out to your account contact. If not, make sure to complete all reporting before the expiry date.
Quick Tips
Access Dashboards Quickly: Click the Go to dashboard button to jump directly into a brand’s coverage, metrics, and reporting tools.
Monitor Expiry: Keep an eye on the Access Level column to see if any Brandspace is nearing expiry. Plan reporting accordingly.
Manage Alerts: Check the Media Alert Frequency column to make sure you are subscribed to the coverage updates you need.
