Brand alerts let you stay up to date with coverage for the brands on your account. You can choose to receive alerts daily, weekly, or monthly.
Steps to Set Up Alerts
1. Log in to MVO and go to your Brandspace home page.
2. In the table, locate the brands on your account. Find the column labelled Media Alert Frequency.
3. Select the alert frequency you want for each brand:
Daily: Receive an email every day with all coverage picked up in the last 24 hours.
Weekly: Receive one email per week summarising coverage from the last 7 days.
Monthly: Receive one email per month summarising coverage from the last month.
If no box is ticked, you will not receive alerts for that brand.
Your alerts will automatically update based on the frequency you select. You can change or disable them at any time by returning to the Media Alert Frequency column.
