No longer want to receive automated media snapshot alerts about a brand’s latest PR performance?
You can easily manage your alert preferences by logging into the portal using the link below.
Go to your Brandspaces page using the link below
Find the brand you’d like to stop receiving alerts for.
Untick all frequency options (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) under the Media Alert Frequency column.
If all boxes are left unticked, you will no longer receive alerts for that brand.
To unsubscribe from all alerts, make sure all boxes in every row are unticked.
Or if you would like to change the frequency of your alert, tick a new frequency option. You can select from:
Daily: Receive an email every day with all coverage picked up in the last 24 hours.
Weekly: Receive one email per week summarising coverage from the last 7 days.
Monthly: Receive one email per month summarising coverage from the last month.
